Adobe Photoshop is a software application that can be used to edit or retouch images on either a macOS or Windows computer. Nowadays, there’s even a mobile app available, although this won’t allow you to perform as many functions as the computer version of the program. With this software, users can create, enhance, or edit any type of images, artwork, or illustrations.
Using Adobe Photoshop, there will be countless possibilities for you to play around with images. You can even create either realistic or alternate views of the universe with the different tools that are available on it. In addition, photoshop gives you the possibility to edit just one individual image or a batch of photos. This helps make it easier for people who work as graphic designers, photographers, web developers, or other creative professionals to do their job.
Photoshop offers you the ability to:
- Manipulate the colors of an image
- Crop images
- Repair image flaws (i.e. dusty lens or red eye)
- Draw on an image using the pen or pencil tool
- Add text to images
- Remove people or objects from the image
- Organize photos for quick access
- Publish images online or send via email
